Orders within the EU.

Prices include VAT charged at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.

Orders outside of the UK.

We have a standard shipping cost for ALL orders outside the UK Mainland of £22.50, when you enter your country code the shipping cost will automatcally be selected for you. If you process your order with the incorrect shipping cost, it WILL NOT be processed. £22.50 covers shipping cost for average sized orders up to appx 2 kilos max - beyond that weight we will get in touch with you to discuss a more exact shipping price for your order.

Mainland delivery.

We have both a standard first class post and a next day courier delivery charge, per order, to UK mainland addresses. Providing the item is in stock all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that offshore UK destinations ie Islands of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands will be charged at our standard rate plus £10.00 additional charge for offshore.Highland delivery. Larger orders may be uprated to courier at no extra cost without notice. If an order is sent as courier delivery, two attempts will be made to deliver the first being a card dropped for reference. Please manage this carefully delivering to your work premises or an address where someone will be present as a third attempt re-delivery will incur an additonal re-delivery charge of £15.00. You may have to collect yourself from a local courier office. If for any reason orders have to be returned to us there will be additional charges payable for non delivery and re-stocking, these will be deducted from your order value and the balance refunded the order being then cancelled. If you require re-direction to another address other than the one choosen on your order there is an additional charge of £10.00.

All offshore orders selected for courier or next day delivery will be desptached by standard postal services. If you require courier or next day delivery to a non UK mainland destination, please use the international enquiry button to ask for a specfic quotation for your order.

All picking, packing and despatched is handled by our distribution centre, Focus - www.f2uk.com - and every care is taken to ensure your order is received in good condition - if you experience any problems please contact info@departmentstoreonline.co.uk stating your order number and the details of any damages.

Free shipping offers

If you are lucky enough to be in a free delivery area ( see individual promotions ) you need do nothing to receive your free delivery. When we spot a particular postcode or area thats part of an offer, we will credit your delivery cost ( up to a maximum of standard delivery cost - £2.99 ) direct to your payment card. This we guarantee will take no more than 2 days.
